If needed during investigation, Q2 will ask you to send process log from Log Viewer in AIS Monitor, following are the steps to export the logs:

1. From AIS server, open AIS Monitor

2. Select solution where the process log will be exported, choose accordingly.

Example:

You have error in UDM process, so you need to select UDM instance.


3. Afterwards, following interface will be shown

  • 1. Processes : Check running processes/services (if any)
  • 2. Log Viewer : Check all processes/services with running, finished, aborted, failed statuses.
  • 3. Time Scope : Check the log based on particular time (by default time scope will set to today)
  • 4. Process Name : Processes/services name
  • 5. Export Logs... : Option to export the log to zip file

4. Select Log Viewer tab

5. Right click on process name (failed and aborted process will be shown with red font)

6. Select "Export Logs..."

7. Choose directory where you want, and make sure you tick on "Include Server Logs" and "Include Technical Information" options below, then Save.
