This guidance can be used to create custom platform list, certified implementers should change all information in accordance tp customer information and requirement. 



Step 1 - Create Active Table in Actimize Visual Modeler 

  • Create Active Table object

  • Choose radio button List from tab General

  • From table Fields and add field as follows




Step 2 - Create Platform List file in RCM Designer

  • Open RCM DesignerPlatform Lists then create a new Platform List
  • Select Base it on an existing list in AIS. Select AIS Connection from dropdown list (ACT_FF_AISconnector)

  • Select AIS List from dropdown list

  • Select Four Eye Review if you need approval (optional)

  • In the Fields tab, notice that the fields were auto-populated. Change Display Name as desired

  • From View tab, go to Fields sub-tab, and press “add new field to this view” to add pre-defined fields until warning window shows up as below.

  • Move newly added field to the top, then click Save.




Step 3 - Verify and finalization

  • Check on Settings – Platform Lists, and make sure TR_Account_Exclude_List appeared.

  • Run FF_refreshLists.bat inside D:\actimize\ais_server\Instances\IFM\scripts to make the changes effective on detection. The batch run FF_deployPlatformLists.
  • Once the job is started, it will continuously deploy Platform List Changes every 5 minutes
