Step 1 - Check license location

Login to your RCM/ActOne web using admin level user

After logged in successfully, open admin.jsp page by accessing below link:

http://localhost:8080/ACTONE640/admin.jsp


Navigate to Config Paramaters tab, and filter by "license" to find actimize.license parameter as shown below



Step 2 - Replace the license

Open old license directory shown from step 1 above

Backup old license to another folder


Rename new license with the same name as old license and place new license to same folder as old license



Another Option:

Find your acm.ini file location from tomcat properties windows


Open the file and update the license path/file in acm.ini file to the new one




NOTE:

  • You need to restart tomcat service to make sure new ActOne/RCM license installed.
  • In case you cannot find acm.ini file from tomcat properties, your acm.ini file should be located under your tomcat installation folder.
