Q2 Customer Support

For do Export and Import RCM/ActOne Objects, the following below for the steps :
Export
1. Open RCM/ActOne Designer from Server.
2. Then will pop up new windows RCM/ActOne Designer
3. Choose/Double Click your instance from Servers View.
4. Choose File from Menu Bar, then Click Export
5. After that will pop up new windows, wait a second after all object appears, then Click All >
6. Then click Next > , then give the name and path of the directory where you will save it.
7. Click Next >, then Export, Waiting Process Export and Finish

Import
Do the same step from number 1 to number 3
1. Choose File from Menu Bar, then Click Import
2. After that will pop up new windows, Select Full Import if you want to import All Objects, Select Partial Import if you want to choose what objects you want to import. Then Click Next >
3. Browse, then select the file that you previously exported, Click Next >

4. Then Choose Data Update,
- Select Selective for Data in the package overwrites ActOne data except site specific customization, such as display names.
- Select Overwrite for Data in the package fully overwrites data in ActOne.
5.Click Import, waiting process until successfully, Finish
