Produce RCM log for troubleshoot

- Login as admin via RCM/ActOne web
- Modify your browser link to
http(s)://[IP_ADDRESS]:[PORT]/RCM/LogViewer.jsp
- Change the debug level to DEBUG. Then click clear cache button.
- Reproduce your issue, please note the time when the issue re-created.
- Once the issue reproduced, go back to LogViewer.jsp, in the Show Last option change it to ALL.
- Click Create Report and save the file.
- Send the report and specify the timestamp when the issue re-created to Q2 Support for further check.
