If you face some issues at RCM web, in order to determine the issue, you need to send us all RCM logs located in actimizeLogs folder. Following are steps to determine the actimizeLogs directory:

  1. Login as admin to RCM
  2. After logged in successfully, open http://[IP_SERVER]:[PORT]/RCM/admin.jsp
  3. Choose Config Parameters menu
  4. Find parameter named actimize.workingDirectory
  5. Log RCM (folder actimizeLogs) will reside on the value in above parameter.
