Related to alert generation during solutions detection, the solutions need a user to distribute alert to RCM/ActOne acting as service ID (for example AML_EWLF_RCMConnector_User_Name parameter). For this user, usually we use admin level user, but for specific permission, there are two actions\permissions that needs to be assigned to the user's role:
Action 1 : admin=>Execute Web Services Action 2 : Work Items => ALLPlease also note that service ID/user cannot have expired password in order to make sure alerts distribution not interrupted.
