If there is a change of password, port, IP, and anything else from the Database or AIS system, you have to make sure the connection is established to RCM Web, but how do you make sure ?
Follow the steps below :
1. Open your web browser and log in to RCM Web or ACTONE Web.
2. Open the admin.jsp site, with the link http: // "IP": "Port" / "Website" /admin.jsp
3. Select the Connections tab if you make changes to the Port, IP and password for the Database. if not just skip this step.
4. Check one of the boxes, then click Edit Connection.

5. Fill in the fields and configure them with something new correctly
6. After the columns are filled in correctly, then click Test Connection.

7. do Steps 3 - 5, with a different Connection Name.
8. After the Connections tab has been configured and finished to Test Connections, Open the AIS Connections Tab if you make changes to the Port, IP, and password for the AIS instances. if not just skip this step.
9. Check one of the boxes, then click Edit Connection.

10. Fill the column and configure with the something new.
11. After already fill the column, then Click Test Connection.

12. Retry the Step 3 - 5, with different Identifier.
13. Done.
