1. Ask the capture of error when user cannot login ?
2. Ask when the error occured ?
3. Ask this error occured on specific user or all user ?
4. Ask this for External user or Internal user ?
5. Ask any changes or not related user configuration ?
6. Ask for this user is already Assign on Group or Role ?
7. Ask for this user is already join to Group Active Directory ?
8. Provide data actimizeLogs on RCM Server.
9. Provide data on DB Server with query to table acm_users.
